This is a good canoe for the $. Not really suitable for whitewater, but it's good for fishing on lakes or rivers with shoals. The make and feel of this canoe is much better than comparable priced canoes from other brands.

The only issue I have with this canoe is the metal screws along the edges. They really should be countersunk and covered with a plastic plug. As they are, the screws will damage the paint on your car roof or rack if you attempt to slide it onto the roof by yourself. Otherwise a good rugged trout fishing, duck hunting canoe.

I have used this Canoe 5 or 6 times and I love it. It is fairly light and easy to transport, and it is very sturdy in choppy water. It is a great deal for the price.
