These gloves are excellent with the exception of one very important factor, the grip. I loved the breathability, comfortability, protection, even the aesthetics of the gloves, but unfortunately the grip is just horrible. They wore considerably the first time i used them. If nike could get their grip technology up to par, then these would be the best gloves ever. My next pair will be Cutter c-tacks because i'm fed up with grip problems.

The grip on these gloves is good until you have them a couple weeks... then the stitching starts to tear and the grip starts to fall off. I play wide receiver and when I try to block these gloves do not help. Do not buy as a gameday glove

I owned a pair of the original Magnigrip gloves back in the '98'99 football season and I LOVED them. However, the glove surface has been "updated" from a reliable tacky surface to this uber-sticky surface that is no good if the ball has an ounce of moisture on it. Most people can't afford a new pair per game, which is what you are almost forced into with this glove. Avoid them. Shop for a glove with a tacky surface much like the Cutters C-tack glove or an older (2001-2005) Nike receiver glove where the tack surface lasts more than 2 weeks.

i love these gloves..need to get more pairs..grips wear down but i mean hey they're gloves..the collegiate/pros wear a new pair every week..so they aren't meant to last forever if you're a true player with pure skill and true talent like me..so step your game up people....

It's a great product. Very good grip. In fact, I have two pairs of them. Why do I have two pairs? Because the grip wears very VERY easily on most Nike gloves that I have had, in particular this one. Within one weekend of a 7-on-7 I lost the best sticky part of the gloves. However, my game pair, which I use scarcely in practice, are incredible because they aren't worn out yet. 4 Stars.

These gloves are good gloves for a sunny, dry day, for the first couple weeks you have them. Personally I lost the grip on my fingertips within a week and a half, and during a rainy day they are slicker than snot on a doorknob.

Good gloves very comfortable and sticky at first but dont be fooled they wear down very quickly to the point that there is no material left and the cloth of the glove begins to come through on the fingertips.

I got these gloves the other day and used them for about 5 catches. Once the ball got wet and the gloves got a little wet, it was like someone greased the ball and my hands up.

I got these gloves last week and its grip is crazy, there aren't many glovs better than these out there, but like most gloves the grip wears down after over use but it's still good after that.
