Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

Although I can draw the ball, I cannot yet do so consistently. I can also hit a cut so they are not over designed. Generally the ball goes straight with added yardage. Go to the range before using these on the course, because distances are significantly longer. These irons should help cut strokes and lower handicap. I am now a solid 15, looking to and likely to improve. The clubs feel very well-balanced on full swing irons as well as short game finesse swings.

Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

I recently purchased these clubs and they are great! They are weighted in the heel, which helps to bring the toe around consistently to stop slicing the ball. Great value. Perfect clubs to purchase if you are upgrading from your beginner set. I went from 115 to 98 (same course - apples to apples comparison) in three rounds. I would absolutely recommend these to a friend, and have!

Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

These are great clubs for any level player. I play 3 to 4 times a week. They do add alot of distance to each club. I find it easy to control the distance with them too. The wight helps on miss hitting the half club shots. I also had the toe of the club turned down a bit. For [$] I dont know of any other clubs that are going to be better then these. Buy them and you will be more then happy after the first time you play them.

Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

I don't play a lot but when I do, I hit a slice or fade. I've played 3 times with these clubs and although I'm not hitting it with a draw, the ball goes straight as an arrow and right where I aim. I'm now hitting par 3 greens almost 90% of the time becasue I'm not trying to guess how much my ball will move. When I miss greens it's because I had a toe hit and it fell short by 20 yards. The ball still had a straight trajectory though. The only problem with the clubs is I can't swing my driver or fairway wood now. I think it's because of the way the irons are weighted. I know it's in my head but I still went out and picked up TaylorMade's draw burner and r7 draw rescue clubs.

I have gotten more distance out of my shots, just as I was lead to believe. After playing 45 years and many different clubs. I bought these clubs and only after 4 weeks of use, I scored my first "Hole-in-One:. They sure have worked for me.

Worth it's weight in gold.. I golf in the low 80's and could never break 80 but I bought these clubs and after the first round with them i'm in the mid 70's could be a fluke but who knows. Oh by the way I use to have some old hand me downs Dunlop Blades from like the 80's... hahaha.. People kept telling me to get the cavity backs because they are more forgiving.. but I was always like its the golfer not the clubs.. BOY was I wrong..to an extent.

These are a great upgrade at a great price. Nice closed club face and feels great when you connect. If you don't hit these straight, pick another sport. These were part of an upgrade from my first beginner set (real cheapo clubs), and clubs in fact DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I cannot say enough good things about these.

I hit a pitching wedge at the range, and the ball had draw. I used to aim left, now I aim right at the flag, ball starts a little right, then just draws back to the pin, amazing. I wasn't even trying to draw the ball.

Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

I absolutely love the irons!!! The r7 draws, hit the ball extremely staight and long adding 15-20yrds. per iron. I traded in my Adams A2 OS and it was an unbelivable differance between the irons.. the ball flight is higher and longer and the sweet spot on these irons is huge... dont really see a draw but who cares when you can hit the ball straight.. the grips are quite different as well gives a very contolled feeling... Thanks Taylormade for exceptional irons for an exceptional price!!!!!!

I know they said it's not the club but the player. I have to say in this case it's the club. My old clubs were Nike and I just got the TM R7 Draw a week ago and played 2 rounds and they were incredible. Gained 10 yards and more accurate shots with these clubs. Well worth the money!

My shots are more consistent and more accurate. What can I say else. I have gained about 20 yards per club so I have to go back and by a lob wedge now. I really impressed myself the first time. Great beginner or intermediate irons.

Comments about TaylorMade TaylorMade r7 Draw Irons - Steel Shaft:

I’ve bought these clubs (Graphite) at my local Dick's store and have used them for 3 rounds. I don’t know if it is the clubs or if my game has dramatically improved overnight. I usually shoot in the low to mid 80’s, however, my last 3 rounds with these new clubs I have shot 79, 80, & 77. It must be the clubs! I instantly noticed the feel, ball flight, and distance. These clubs are outstanding [...] Trusted brand name, great value, I would highly recommend these clubs to any golfer regardless of handicap.
