We just bought this last week, it was a little difficult to put together right away just from looking at the drawing, but my husband and I finally got it after an hour. This bench is very sturdy and multifunctional- we bought the lat attachment, leg developer and preacher curl and they are also fantastic. My favorite part of this bench is that everything is easily interchangable, yet still very solid. Well worth the money.

Easy to put together,45 minute build time. This is a heavy duty bench and alot of weight can be put on it. When using the red tee handles correctly by selecting seat position and thightening the threaded part, this keeps the seat back sturdy.Thats why it's an olympic bench.

I did have some difficulty installing the main supports to the base. The bolt holes didn't quite line up but I managed to get them trough with some persuasion :-) The assembly instructions could have been better (multiple close-up drawings instead of a couple of large drawings). However, once assembled I was very pleased with the sturdiness. Note: I'm not a big guy and I doubt I'll ever use more then 300 lbs on the bench or on the squat rack. I would not recommend this for power lifters or someone that pushes a lot of weight.

Limited Use
Best Uses:
General Fitness, Weight Loss

The owner's manual was difficult to follow. Too many details are piled into one assembly drawing. The manual was poorly prepared and completely lacks any information on how to use the bench. The bolts were difficult to thread, particularly at the rear support brace to the uprights. With Chinese manufacturing, you only get one chance with their hardware before you cross thread and no extra bolts or nuts are provided (good luck). This is America...why metric???? For the money, it is a decent product. It is troublesome not to have more information on how to use the bench. Do not buy this product without insisting on more information from the store!!

First off, I'm noticing that the online description is misleading since it states that it comes with curl and leg curl attachments - it does not. It only has the extension slot for these attachments.

I'm a little skeptical about it's capabilities since it's maximum capacity isn't listed anywhere. It's feeling pretty sturdy after a couple uses, although I haven't gone over 135 yet. Based on how it feels though, I'll be comfortable putting 300 on it.

Had a little bit if trouble getting it put together since some of the pre-drilled holes didn't line up perfectly. A rubber mallet helped a lot in assembly.

The only "instructions" are assembly instructions, so you will have to figure out how to do different things with it yourself. Personally I like having the 2 different sets of upright hooks since one juts out enough to work great for a safety spot when benching.

The seat/back is good quality, although when laid flat there is a significant gap between them which may have an effect on benching. I'm still trying to find the sweet spot so that I'm not putting my tail bone directly over that void.
