I have tried several drivers over the past 15 years and this, by far, is the very best. It has added 15-20 yards off the tee. Money well spent.

I picked this club up after trying several other big name brands and hit this the best. Hitting the ball straight, with a draw and added about 10-15 yards. Consistently rocking the ball 270+! The golf pro at the Schaumburg, IL store fit me to this club after watching me swing and spent about a 1/2 hour helping me with my swing. [...]

I have to say this is the best driver that I have purchased. I previously had the R5 neutral and I could not keep the ball in the fairway or even close. Then I was advised to purchase the Cobra M speed with the offset once I learned how to really setup and swing better lookout hook. I took time and researched the Hibore and various shafts then purchased the 9.5 degree with the Fujikura stiff flex shat and hello fairway. I hit 10 out of 14 fairways only once was I left with a bad second shot. Forget the price(which is more than reasonable),forget the sound(which means nothing)and forget every negative thing you have heard "this driver is for real". This is the most consistent driver I have every swung.

I absolutely love this club. I bought this club last season it was the best investment that I made. I've been playing for years and I've been using a driver that you would buy at the local [...]. I never though buying a good quality club would make much of a difference. I've always thought that it was the swing that makes the golfer. But its actually the swing and the equipment helps a lot. I hit the ball farther and more straighter. It also makes a nice "ping" sound when you hit the ball instead the loud "crack" sound that the Nike SQ's make. For the price, it's worth definitely it.

I noticed improvement on my drive from the first hit. The Cleveland HiBore Driver straightened out my slice and easily gave me an extra 20-30 yards off the tee. My golfing buddies accused me of using illegal "distance" balls! They now call me "Auggie Woods." I Adore the Cleveland HiBore!

I have to addmit I had a bad slice with this driver when I first started out. After some work on my swing I am now able to hit this driver consistant and long. I see a lot of high price drivers being used by people I play with and the Highbore keeps up just fine for a fraction of the price.

My father and I test hit the driver and fell in love with it. We have been to the driving range almost every day since we both bought one to hone in our stroke with the club. By far the best feel in a driver we have ever had. If you connect with the ball will go straight. Besides the sentimental value of having the same club as my father it is the best driver I have ever hit. My dad and I love the club and have named them CD 1 (Cleveland driver1) and CD2 (Cleveland driver2). We plan on adding them to our will so that their greatness lives on.

I was shakey on buying this driver. I traded it in , in SC for my Titleist 905t... The 905 was very heavy and didnt feel right. I hit on the virtual screen. W/ the 905 I was inconsistant and wasnt geting good ball speed. I tried the HiBore. Just playing around b/c of the shape. I was hitting a slight fade right down the middle.. Around 260 ....everytime....So i asked how much i was thinking $300... but no i traded in my 905 and got it for [$]....but now its only [$].. very comfortanble driver w/ proven results..

i love this driver, added yards, which i didnt think was possible, i always have hit it long but this added 20 plus yards and i have hit drives in the 350 plus range with it.played 5 straight scrambles with it 5 longest drive trophies to show for it.the negative i have is that i had the original nike driver and i loved the head cover, it has the zipper up the side.also wish there was an alignment aide like on the new hibore xl but i still really like this driver

This club hits great and reduces your slice but it doesn't solve the problem. When you hit the ball well, you get great distance. The large sweet spot helps even on miss hits.

By Mark T from Austin, TX on 5/28/2007

I had the worst slice in the world and couldn't get the ball in the air. Now that I have the Hi Bore my slice is gone and I've added 50 yards to my drive. I be buying Cleveland drivers from now on!

By Frank D from Monmouth County, NJ on 3/26/2007

This is one of the most forgiving drivers I've hit. With other drivers I own if your swing timing is slightly off the slice seems amplified. With the HiBore Driver the ball may go right but not nearly as bad. I really like how the shaft feels at impact. I selected the HiBore stock stiff shaft. Cleveland is really on to something with this new head design. I'd really like to try the HiBore woods.

By Zach C from Sanford ME on 8/30/2006
Pros:
Comfortable

This is the best driver I have ever hit. It gives you the distance even on a miss hit. But if you want the accuracy you need to hit it in the sweet spot.
